Refund policy

30-day guarantee: use it or return it

Try The Facial Pen at home. If it is not for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

What you can return

• The Facial Pen: used or unused, within 30 days of delivery. Please send it back with everything that came in the box.
• Facial Pods: unopened boxes only, within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept boxes that have been opened.

How to start a return

1. Email thefacialco@gmail.com with your order number and what you would like to return.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back. We recommend a tracked service.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded. If your item arrived damaged or faulty, see below.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we will refund the product price to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show the refund.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email thefacialco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo as soon as you can. We will replace it or refund it, and we will cover the return shipping for that item.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
